Where did you create this artifact?
This artifact was created as part of the graduate level completion of my course Information Communication Technology Systems Analysis and Design.
What did you learn?
In this course we examined the user and implementation of AI agents in an enterprise environment. Throughout the course we looked at different topics such as prompt writing, security, and overall use of said AI agents.
How did you learn this?
This course used a combination of Salesforce training videos, hands-on learning, LinkedIn training to teach different aspects of the user experience, interface, setup, and programming of the AI agents.
What were some challenges that you overcame?
During the course, we worked in groups to set up our own instance of an AI chatbot and examined its use case based on a specific setting. Learning how to create prompts for the AI chatbot to respond properly to questions was the most difficult thing to overcome. As a group we were able to overcome these issues through team meetings, and trial and error to figure out the best method to create these prompts.
How will you apply this information in the future?
At the current point I have not figured out a way to implement this within my current company. However, this is something I will be discussing with management and considering for future use possibly as a help desk assistant for simple issues to help our end users.
