Where did you create this artifact?
This artifact was the creation of a final project for a course entitled Learning technologies.
What did you learn?
Throughout this course, we learned about different ways to present information to students to teach them remotely. This course also looked at the many different methods used for teaching and learning.
How did you learn this?
This was learned through semester long research and peer discussions, along with reading about different learning styles. This course finished with the creation of our own personal course created to show an understanding of the processes.
What were some challenges that you overcame?
For me, learning how to create learning materials that were not too technical, while teaching about a technical topic was difficult. I had to keep reminding myself that not everyone that is taking a course I create may be at the same level of knowledge as me, or others.
How will you apply this information in the future?
With what was learned in this course, I will be able to create documentation for new software, products, or processes easier and use those to teach other members of my company.
